Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Return Policy
- Refurbished Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the Product is defective or not as described.
- Brand-New Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
- No return or refund if there is change of mind
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@techvalley.pk with proof of purchase and reason for return.
Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
